  • We advise Petróleos del Perú S.A. PETROPERU in the Talara Refinery Modernization Project, the largest state infrastructure in recent decades, for the EPC contract of the Auxiliary Units in charge of the Cobra UA&TC Consortium.
  • We advise Petróleos del Perú S.A. PETROPERU in the execution of the Operations Contract for the Central and North Terminals.
    • We play the role of integral managers of legal risks in the operational part of the contract.
      In charge of identifying claims at an early stage of the works according to the project schedule.
    • Direct dealings with the contractor, evaluation of claims, contractual interpretation, reinforcement of the employer’s representative’s determinations.
