We represent a legal boutique established in 2002 recognized nationally and internationally for participating in highly complex international arbitrations, by international publications such as Latin Lawyer, Legal 500 and Leaders League. To date, we remain the only Peruvian firm, and one of the few in LATAM, that has directly sponsored investment arbitrations before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes – CIADI.
From the arbitration experience in disputes over international infrastructure contracts, we practice conflict prevention and risk management. This service has brought tangible results in the reduction of litigation, the saving of valuable resources and the fluidity of the work in the projects in which we have participated, being extremely useful for the different Contract Administrators of private or state entities in projects infrastructure under international construction contracts.

We participate as Leading Counsel in highly complex and sophisticated processes before CIADI, based on international law and domestic law, full knowledge of the CIADI Convention, Treaties for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments (Bits) and Free Trade Agreements (FTA), having obtained favorable results for our clients.
The level of specialization and experience has allowed the arbitration team to participate in international arbitrations under CCI rules, UNCITRAL based in Peru and in other jurisdictions, on issues of energy and natural resources, oil & gas, sanitation, construction, telecommunications, services, fishing, banking, environment.
Our forensic vision of claims in construction arbitration disputes under international contracts has allowed us to develop the area of Contingency Prevention and Risk Management in Infrastructure Contracts in the oil & gas sector, highways, energy, network industry and in projects on waste management.
